📋 Description
• Define portfolio-level product direction for Medicaid claims-related domains • Shape enterprise product strategy for core adjudication modernization • Lead cross-division alignment on portfolio decisions, tradeoffs, sequencing, and transformation outcomes • Assess product portfolios, workflows, domain dependencies, technical constraints, client needs, market forces, and Medicaid policy realities • Use portfolio frameworks, organizational assessments, product economics, data, and market insight to evaluate opportunities • Partner with product, engineering, architecture, operations, delivery, client-facing, growth, and executive stakeholders • Set product standards and operating rhythms across multiple product teams • Influence transformation choices involving legacy capabilities, platform modernization, interoperability, data, automation, workflow redesign, and domain ownership • Build narratives for executives and senior stakeholders on portfolio direction, rationale, investment tradeoffs, and progress • Provide thought leadership and coaching to product leaders and cross-functional partners
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, Consulting, Technical Support, Business Analysis, and Data Analysis • Proven ability to drive product strategy, innovation, and business outcomes • Healthcare industry experience required, including Medicaid or Medicare programs • Strong understanding of payer operations, claims processing, regulatory requirements, and healthcare technology solutions • Deep expertise in Product Systems Design, Customization Strategies, and Integrating Software and Technology Solutions • Strong understanding of Technology Architecture, Mainframe Environments, Scheduling Software, and related enterprise technologies • Experience translating business, technical, and data requirements into scalable product solutions • Experience leveraging software development tools, methodologies, and best practices • Strength in Product Development Methodologies, Strategic Planning, Analytical Problem Solving, Decision Making, and prioritizing initiatives in complex environments • Experience with AI product use cases, solution design, and applying artificial intelligence technologies is preferred • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
