📋 Description

• Conduct advanced-level training courses, including lectures, web-based programs, and hands-on sessions • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions to build the instructor pool • Design and develop professional, management, and non-technical skills training programs and curricula • Establish trainee content, prerequisite skills, and knowledge with applicable business units/areas • Ensure training courses address all employee levels • Prepare lesson plans and training materials, including manuals, handouts, instructor guides, and audiovisuals • Conduct training needs assessments with training management and business units • Review and analyze course evaluations to determine training effectiveness • Recommend and implement approved revisions to improve training effectiveness • Review external training programs and recommend purchases as appropriate • Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions to diverse audiences • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure training materials are effective and user-friendly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, education, human resources, or related field • Six (6) years or more of experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills • Ability to use various training technologies effectively • Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques • Demonstrable instructional design methodologies and software experience preferred • Experience in training transformation projects or system implementation launches preferred • Ability to travel 25% of the time • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation if hired • The use of AI during interviews is prohibited
