📋 Description
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences across virtual, classroom, and on-the-job learning environments. • Facilitate training programs that build employee knowledge, skills, and performance while adapting delivery methods to different learning styles and needs. • Collaborate with instructional designers and business partners to ensure training materials are effective, accurate, engaging, and user-friendly. • Provide post-training support, coaching, resources, and guidance to reinforce learning and improve employee performance. • Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, surveys, assessments, and performance metrics while supporting training transformation and system implementation initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification preferred. • Three or more years of experience delivering or facilitating employee training, with experience engaging diverse learner audiences. • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, learner engagement techniques, and instructional design methodologies. • Experience using training technologies and content-development tools, including working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
