📋 Description

• Define and own the enterprise transformation strategy, roadmap, milestones, and success criteria across Testing Services • Drive transformation implementations across Maintenance & Operations accounts, investment projects, and DDI transformation needs • Establish transformation priorities aligned to business objectives, service commitments, and continuous improvement goals • Define and implement transformation communication and change adoption strategies • Define and implement transformation success metrics covering process implementation, quality, productivity, automation and AI implementation, talent refresh, ALM adoption, process compliance, and efficiency gains • Drive clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across transformation and delivery teams • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, data-driven insights, maturity assessments, and quality audits • Ensure execution aligns with approved plans, timelines, and quality standards • Define and maintain the high-level RACI model across Gainwell and partner stakeholders • Define end-to-end STLC processes and ensure rollout of processes, playbooks, frameworks/accelerators, training, tool adoption, and capability enablement initiatives • Integrate transformation activities with active programs without negatively impacting delivery • Establish governance cadence for performance tracking, reporting, and benefits realization • Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance through targeted interventions • Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple programs, with resolution and escalation as needed • Partner with TMO, Delivery Leadership, Process and Technology COEs, and vendor partners • Provide executive-level updates on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes • Optimize and govern ALM usage, including tracking, reporting, and lifecycle adherence

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in testing, quality engineering, and technology delivery • Experience delivering at least 2 large-scale transformation programs • 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering/Testing Delivery ownership delivering productivity, quality, and cost outcomes • 5+ years in Healthcare with Medicaid programs is preferred • Proven experience defining and governing enterprise transformation strategy • Strong understanding of testing lifecycle (STLC), process definitions, automation, ALM tools, TMMi Model, and operating model transformation • Experience working in multi-vendor environments with clearly defined RACI-based delivery models • Demonstrated leadership in change management, adoption, and continuous improvement
