📋 Description

• Design, develop, customize, test, document, support, and maintain websites built on the .NET framework • Work with business users to gather requirements and understand business processes • Support website hosting in AWS cloud environments using Windows and Linux operating systems • Write unit and integration tests for customizations • Deploy customizations to test and production environments • Work with SQL and MySQL databases • Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues involving operating systems, networking, storage, permissions, and performance • Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities through system hardening, patch management, vulnerability scans, and configuration reviews • Monitor system health, capacity, and availability; investigate recurring issues and recommend corrective actions • Participate in incident response and post-incident root cause analysis for infrastructure and security events • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures • Collaborate with developers, security teams, and IT stakeholders to support stable, secure, and reliable infrastructure operations • Escalate complex or high-risk issues while owning resolution for standard operational tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of application/web development and programming using .NET C#, JavaScript, WebAPI.NET, HTML, and CSS • Experience with .NET Framework • Experience with GitHub version control • Experience with servers and IIS • Experience renewing server certificates • Familiarity with WordPress preferred • SQL and database experience preferred • AWS cloud computing, AWS Glue Jobs, and S3 bucket experience preferred • Healthcare and/or government/state IT project experience preferred • Must work core hours, typically 8am–5pm Pacific time • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
