📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery and implementation of Gallatin’s technologies • Successfully develop and execute a plan for projects • Manage customer relationships from end users to senior leadership • Identify and execute on opportunities to improve delivery motion • Strategically identify ways to make customer success repeatable

🎯 Requirements

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance • Minimum 6 years of work experience in a customer-facing technical program management role • Technical background in CS, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering • Prior experience in logistics or sustainment operations • Proven track record in B2B client-facing roles • Advanced cross-functional experience and collaborative ability • Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., MAVEN, Advana) • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
