📋 Description

• Regularly log into and review Tebra billing software to monitor outstanding accounts receivable across clients and clinics • Identify claims at risk of nonpayment or underpayment • Proactively flag denials, underpayments, authorization gaps, payor holdups, and other issues • Define action items for outstanding issues and drive them to resolution, independently or with the billing team • Help direct the team's day-to-day work on collection issues • Identify recurring denial reasons, payor-specific problems, and process breakdowns • Bring pertinent systemic issues to management with recommended solutions • Prioritize issues independently and escalate matters requiring leadership input • Report regularly on collection rate trends and progress against the OKR • Improve the company's overall collection rate by resolving outstanding-claim issues before they age into write-offs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven project management experience, ideally in a healthcare billing, revenue cycle, or accounts receivable environment • Strong data analysis skills and comfort working in Excel to build and maintain trackers, monitor collection rate, and analyze AR aging trends • Comfortable working directly inside billing software to review claims and AR detail • Strong independent judgment and comfort making decisions and driving action • Experience identifying root causes behind AR issues and organizing cross-functional follow-up • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to distill complex AR issues into clear, actionable items for both the team and leadership • ABA billing experience preferred, but not required • Experience with Tebra (formerly Kareo) preferred, but not required • 1099 independent contractor classification
