• Audit production and design workflows to identify bottlenecks and root causes • Improve sprint planning, scope control, dependency management, release discipline, and definitions of “ready” and “done” • Lead cross-discipline alignment across design, development, art, QA, and data/UA • Turn ambiguity into clear decisions, build-ready specifications, and structured execution plans • Coach producers and designers toward higher-quality independent execution • Lead hands-on design of core loops, progression, economy, monetization, and LiveOps systems • Create clear, buildable, measurable, and testable design specifications with edge cases, tuning plans, and KPI targets • Improve FTUE, early retention, session flow, and mid/late-game goals • Drive structured playtests and rapid feedback loops • Train and mentor internal producers and designers through reviews, workshops, templates, and critique culture • Establish and maintain a studio-wide design quality bar • Define A/B test experiment plans for key hypotheses • Use dashboards and telemetry to identify issues and opportunities • Convert insights into backlog priorities and measurable design actions • Keep leadership updated on status, risks, and next steps • Write concise summaries and decision notes • Ensure teams understand success criteria for each initiative • Establish a consistent production cadence from planning through release • Standardize feature, economy/progression, tuning, and experiment documentation • Conduct regular product/design reviews with decisions, action items, and ownership • Provide recurring product health and priorities summaries to leadership • Co-own major product initiative prioritization, roadmap trade-offs, and scope decisions with Studio Lead and Game Leads • Influence UA and monetization improvements through product changes, experiments, and recommendations
• 5–10+ years in mobile free-to-play production and/or game design • Experience shipping multiple live products or major updates, not just prototypes • Strong systems design fundamentals in progression, economy, rewards, monetization, and LiveOps • Strong production fundamentals in scope control, planning, cross-team coordination, and risk management • Excellent written communication and ability to create build-ready specifications • Comfortable leading remotely and influencing without authority • Very strong English, written and spoken • Hybrid simulation/management game expertise preferred as a nice-to-have • Experience working across multiple time zones preferred as a nice-to-have • Familiarity with Unity pipelines and constraints; coding is not required • Experience building production/design systems from scratch preferred as a nice-to-have • Availability for at least 4–5 hours of daily overlap with Pakistan Standard Time (GMT+5) • Availability for key overlap hours with GMT+5 • Ability to work remotely on a full-time basis
