• Own install volume, ROAS, and downstream GMV performance across paid acquisition channels. • Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and emerging acquisition platforms. • Partner with Data teams to develop audience segmentation and user quality frameworks. • Collaborate with Product teams to improve post-install conversion and activation experiences. • Partner with Creative teams to develop testing strategies and performance hypotheses. • Drive experimentation across audience strategy, bidding approaches, creative concepts, and channel expansion opportunities. • Contribute to attribution, incrementality, and measurement initiatives in privacy-constrained environments. • Build reporting frameworks and actionable insights for Growth leadership.
• 5+ years of in-house user acquisition or paid social experience. • Experience managing multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets. • Demonstrated ownership of install and downstream business metrics. • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, or equivalent platforms. • Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
