📋 Description
• Assist chapter advisors in appointing, training, coaching and mentoring recruitment advisors • Supervise collegiate chapter recruitment activities for assigned chapters • Review and evaluate recruitment information and plans • Collaborate with recruitment team members on recruitment statistics • Provide feedback to collegiate chapter officers and advisors
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in advising collegiate chapters on recruitment • Leadership and coaching skills • Knowledge of National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) policies and procedures
