📋 Description
• Support the Project Controls team with operational tasks and reporting responsibilities • Process and review expense reports • Manage workforce job codes and assignments • Maintain and update rate trackers • Manage bonus calculations and trackers • Assist with month-end financial coding and reconciliation tasks • Prepare and distribute monthly finance performance and results reports • Support billing preparation through timesheet and labor hour validation
🎯 Requirements
• Intermediate Excel skills • Good work ethic • Verbal and written communication skills • A bachelor's degree is desired • 1 - 3 years of experience in finance or project accounting is preferred • Costpoint Project Accounting / Deltek Experience is preferred
