📋 Description

• Run day-to-day payment operations, including weekly payment cycles, funding, and checks and controls that keep member payments accurate and on time • Serve as a point of contact for external payment partners, handling file delivery, funding, error reports, and issue resolution • Investigate payment issues end to end, analyze error reports, identify root causes, and drive fixes with internal teams and partners • Support new client and partner launches by setting up payment workflows and confirming successful payment processing • Analyze and resolve payment questions and issues raised by clients, members, and internal teams within service standards • Maintain and improve reporting, trackers, and dashboards showing payment work status • Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and process improvements using automation and AI tools • Raise risks early and keep appropriate stakeholders informed

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a similar role • Experience working with external partners or vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail • Comfort working with financial data and reconciliations in Excel/Google Sheets • Clear, proactive communication with internal teams and external partners • Comfort using AI tools • High ownership mentality and detail orientation • Sound judgment and rigor on high-stakes, sensitive operational work • Track record of delivering operational initiatives on tight deadlines • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to ensure company success • Methodical problem-solving and continuous improvement • Individual accountability and integrity • Must be able to work without employment visa sponsorship
