📋 Description

• Lead customer discovery to understand flowsheets, KPIs, constraints, and performance gaps • Diagnose plant issues through on-site assessments, data analysis, and operator engagement • Design and lead structured sampling and diagnostic campaigns (safe, disciplined, decision-grade) • Translate findings into clear, implementable improvement recommendations • Facilitate technical workshops with operators, site leadership, and senior stakeholders • Coordinate internal technical capabilities including testwork programs and engineering studies • Produce high-quality customer-facing technical reports in professional English • Demonstrate visible safety leadership and ensure full site compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in mineral processing, metallurgy, or plant performance consulting • Strong gravimetric circuit expertise (mandatory) • Proven track record diagnosing plant issues and delivering performance improvements • Experience leading sampling campaigns and converting data into decisions • Excellent written and verbal English • Willingness to travel extensively across North America
