📋 Description

• Lead best-practice property management processes and end-to-end asset accountability • Ensure compliant stewardship, accurate lifecycle tracking, and audit-ready documentation • Apply and implement asset management best practices • Support installed assets and document required markings, tagging, and unique record identification • Implement hardware, software, and license asset management within TENM • Maintain IUID tags and upload records into PIEE • Control contractor-held property from receipt through formal relief of responsibility • Conduct internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits • Track government, fixed, non-capitalized, and leased assets from acquisition through disposition • Prepare contractual, governmental, and internal asset management reports • Perform monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits • Support the client’s mission through compliant asset management

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA Degree • 8 to 10 years of related experience • Active Secret Clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of a major airport • Ability to travel 25% to 50% • Skills in accountability, management process, and reporting processes • Experience with asset management, property management, lifecycle tracking, audits, inventories, government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets • Experience with hardware, software, software warranty tracking, licenses, IUID tags, TENM, and PIEE
