📋 Description

• Lead requirements development, workflow analysis, and system integration activities across claims, eligibility, provider data, member services, and financial operations • Collaborate with technical teams, operational SMEs, system vendors, QA testers, and government stakeholders • Support cross-system alignment and a successful Transition-In • Drive issue resolution and integration validation • Coordinate end-to-end testing • Evaluate data flows and validate system behaviors • Ensure interoperability, accuracy, consistency, compliance, and operational readiness across TPA components • Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support mission outcomes for the World Trade Center Health Program

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training, certifications, or a bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of related experience; healthcare, payer systems, or federal program operations preferred • Experience with requirements management • Experience with workflow analysis • Experience with EDI integrations • Experience with APIs • Experience with claims and eligibility systems • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps • MBI (T2) security clearance • US citizenship required • Ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams • Experience validating system outputs • Familiarity with HIPAA • Familiarity with secure handling of PHI/PII • Familiarity with federal program compliance • Ability to travel 0–10% as needed
