📋 Description

• Prepare well-documented functional specifications for assigned projects • Prepare test plans and test cases, and execute test cases • Research and analyze moderately complex data to ensure accurate functional design • Mentor less experienced staff through application training, research analysis, and project methodology consultation • Serve as functional lead on assigned application projects when required • Meet with business clients to discuss requested application changes and ensure thorough understanding of specifications • Participate in design discussions and write, review, and revise functional specifications through client signoff • Review business requirements with the Technology team • Manage and execute testing to verify changes and enhancements perform as expected • Work with peers to determine the impact of application changes on other systems • Participate in integrated testing as required • Monitor specifications and change requests to keep projects within scope and meet regulatory requirements • Ensure adherence to business requirements and Corporate Technology standards • Resolve issues arising from testing or implementation efficiently and timely • Coordinate post-implementation follow-up, gather application-owner feedback, and resolve resulting issues • Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls • Identify risk-related issues requiring escalation to management

🎯 Requirements

• Combined minimum of 4 years higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience • Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software packages • Solid problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution • Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience or subject matter expertise in business, with knowledge and experience utilizing the supported application/system • Successful performance in a Technology Internship preferred • Ability to work on multiple projects of basic to moderate complexity • Understanding of supported applications and interfacing/integrated applications • Ability to use project management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications • Understanding of the Bank's application framework • Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms • Verbal and written communication skills • Organization, time management, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to present effectively to all levels of management • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously • Ability to coordinate between applications and business units • Ability to multitask across components of moderately complex projects • Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates • Ability to recommend and implement solutions • Detail-oriented
