📋 Description

• Drive and support Taylor’s Oracle implementation and contribute to the full Oracle (Horizon) design • Participate in the system development lifecycle, including testing, implementation, enhancement, and support • Manage and support Oracle and PJM application configuration, understanding upstream and downstream impacts • Analyze and troubleshoot ERP functional issues and communicate with business units • Lead the Quarterly Release process, partnering with Subject Matter Experts to test functionality and obtain sign-off • Provision application user access • Analyze operational procedures with Business Subject Matter Experts, identify improvement areas, and propose solutions • Translate requirements between business areas and IT • Liaise between business end users and IT development teams on configuration, testing, and maintenance • Create use cases, process flows, prototypes, test cases, and test scenarios • Lead or participate in testing activities, write test scripts and cases, and contribute to test plans • Facilitate testing defect tracking and reporting • Lead Oracle Quarterly release testing and facilitate updates to business units • Train and support Business SMEs on Oracle or PJM enhancements and updates • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Help Desk issue resolution • Support error resolution for integrations and workflows • Develop and manage a plant assessment program across the Horizon platform

🎯 Requirements

• PJM experience • Oracle Fusion experience • Comfortable asking questions and seeking information from new people • Innovative and detail-oriented mindset • Ability to be a change agent willing to challenge the status quo • Knowledge in designing and constructing business processes and their links to technology • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Organization and project management skills • Ability to travel in the US up to 25% • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience preferred, especially experience leveraging Oracle technology or Shop Floor systems • Experience with Oracle technology in Manufacturing & Quality preferred
