📋 Description

• As a Business Process Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of HHS ACF OCSE DFS. • You will play a crucial role in providing functional process analysis and support of IT and production operations. • Support stakeholder engagement, training, and customer service. • Collaborate with stakeholders, federal staff, the OM&E team, and the other Functional and Operational Support for Federal Systems team members. • Drive pilots, proof of concepts, and other process innovations. • Utilize Jira, MS Office products, AI, Vyond/Articulate type tools, and other training and engagement tools.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma and at least 1+ years of experience supporting Federal Child Support Programs. • Experience in with stakeholder engagement and training within the Federal Child Support space. • Experience utilizing Jira, AI, MS Office, and other training/engagement tools.
