📋 Description

• Partner with finance and program leadership across major programs supporting U.S. diplomatic operations • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across assigned programs • Collect, review, reconcile, and validate financial data from multiple sources • Analyze results, monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend actions to management • Reconcile transactions and correct data discrepancies • Create, maintain, and update financial models, spreadsheets, and reporting tools • Generate project records and monitor project setups through their lifecycle • Maintain records and documentation in compliance with controls, contracts, and Federal acquisition regulations • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and government regulations • Identify financial risks and opportunities and support mitigation or recovery strategies • Support monthly reporting, including sales and earnings variance commentary • Prepare invoice backup packages, Limitation of Funds notifications, and ad-hoc customer deliverables • Support reviews of cost proposals, contract modifications, and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or 4+ years of additional related work experience in lieu of a degree • 2+ years of related experience • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions • Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Oracle Hyperion, or similar financial systems • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data • Knowledge of GAAP • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to clearly present financial information to financial and non-financial stakeholders • Team-oriented, proactive, problem-solving mindset • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance • US citizenship required • Knowledge of government contract cost structures preferred
