📋 Description

• Design and develop instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements • Assist with Subject Matter Expert (SME) workshops to identify and validate job duties and tasks • Ascertain task attributes needed to develop learning objectives and curriculum • Assist with Training Situation Analysis, Training Systems Analysis, and Front-End Analysis • Compare JDTA data with existing Course Training Task Lists (CTTL) and learning objectives to identify training gaps or deficiencies • Provide feedback and track item completion • Conduct training analysis and review the course safety plan • Interact with customers and subject matter experts to ensure instructional content is technically accurate • Support U.S. Navy training for SCSTC ATRC, Dahlgren, Virginia

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, or work/military experience • Three (3) years of experience developing group-paced instructional materials for Surface Combat Systems in accordance with Navy curriculum development standards and guidelines • Experience advising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on development procedures and formatting • Experience evaluating curricula documents and instructional delivery procedures • Two (2) of three (3) years' experience in Navy curriculum development software such as Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) I, AIM II, Content Planning Module (CPM), or Learning Object Module (LOM) • Secret security clearance required • Must currently possess Secret clearance • Must be a U.S. citizen • 6+ years of related experience listed in job qualifications • Willingness/ability to travel 10–25%
