📋 Description

• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for USPS software applications • Lead performance validation across complex, distributed applications • Design, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, and scalability tests • Ensure platforms meet enterprise-grade reliability and throughput requirements • Simulate hundreds or thousands of virtual users • Capture KPIs including response time, throughput, and error rate • Support protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS and web services, depending on licensing • Produce analysis reports and graphs to identify bottlenecks • Execute performance testing across the SDLC • Develop performance test scripts and test plans • Execute, analyze, and report on tests • Develop, implement, and maintain performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices • Create, update, and manage performance testing and automation training materials • Deliver coaching, mentoring, and training to cross-functional teams • Support enterprise-wide performance testing and automation initiatives • Evaluate and recommend testing tools, technologies, and methodologies • Provide administrative support for testing infrastructure and tools, including ALM, LoadRunner Enterprise, and UFT • Collaborate across engineering, architecture, and DevOps teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience • 8+ years of experience in Information Technology • 5 years with ALM and UFT preferred • Experience with performance testing SDLC execution • Experience developing performance test scripts • Experience creating test plans, executing tests, analyzing results, and reporting findings • Experience developing and maintaining performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices • Experience creating and managing performance testing and automation training materials • Experience coaching, mentoring, and training cross-functional teams • Experience evaluating testing tools, technologies, and methodologies • Administrative support experience for testing infrastructure and tools, including ALM, LoadRunner Enterprise, and UFT • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college/university is preferred, not required • If lacking a relevant four-year degree, an additional four years of relevant work experience is required • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Ability to pass a thorough government background screening, including detailed forms and fingerprinting • Must satisfy the USPS U.S. residency requirement • U.S. Citizens must not have left the U.S. or U.S. Territories for longer than six consecutive months in the last three years, subject to exceptions • Non-U.S. Citizens must not have left the U.S. or U.S. Territories for longer than 90 consecutive days in the last three years • No U.S. citizenship required • Ability to complete identity verification using biometrics and artificial intelligence • Must be on camera during virtual interviews • Less than 10% travel required • Scheduled weekly hours: 40
