📋 Description

• Document processes, create user guides, and support migration activities within Knowledge Management • Assist with drafting, editing, and coordinating internal PMO communications • Assist with program-specific marketing initiatives to promote the program and future events • Coordinate and track PMO deliverables, ensuring version control and timely submission • Support Quality Assurance reviews, data validation, and standardized QA workflows • Maintain trackers, documentation, and process artifacts as well as improve various PMO workflow efficiencies • Provide surge support during peak milestones and high-demand periods • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and high-quality outputs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of similar work experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or healthcare • Experience with customer service and operations • Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools; experience with SharePoint preferred • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed
