📋 Description

• Develops and operates the Advana Service Catalog framework • Proposes labor and technical cost estimates to government leadership • Integrates approved cost data into automated catalog publication pipelines • Maintains daily catalog operations using various platforms • Coordinates with systems engineering teams to capture configuration dependencies and performance requirements • Collaborates with catalog technicians and data analysts to evaluate catalog usage • Supports development of Service Level Agreements by conducting customer outreach and analyzing performance expectations • Develops measurable thresholds for service quality

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science • Security clearance level: Secret
