📋 Description

• Lead a large team and coordinate closely with internal team members and program areas • Own and manage the Integrated Master Schedule, program controls, project analysis, scheduling, and planning activities • Apply CMS business-process knowledge related to Medicare claims processing and Oracle EBS extensions • Implement and oversee multiple interfaces between HIGLAS (Oracle E-Business Suite) and an external system • Ensure seamless integration while maintaining existing architecture functionality, performance, and stability • Collaborate with stakeholders to keep the project on schedule, track issues, document risks, provide client updates, and maintain team alignment • Partner with EBS managers and leadership to ensure successful delivery • Analyze project financials, performance, staffing data, and key project metrics • Lead process-improvement initiatives • Identify, track, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues through the Risk Management Process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience • 15+ years of IT experience • 5+ years of experience in project management • Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS, Program Planning and Controls, Earned Value Management, IT Service Management, and Project Management • Expert-level knowledge of Excel functionality, including complex formulas and pivot tables • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Project or a similar integrated scheduling tool • Experience leading matrixed teams and direct reports • Ability to pass a CMS background check • Must meet the residency requirement of having resided in the US at least 3 of the last 5 years to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided • US citizenship is not required
