📋 Description

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities. • Mature and enhance functionality across previously implemented ServiceNow modules. • Drive workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience improvements. • Foster interoperability through integrations with FAA systems and data repositories. • Apply Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies to manage ServiceNow enhancements and implementations. • Align configurations and architectural decisions with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks. • Promote FAA business process reengineering and standardization to improve service delivery efficiency, reduce technical debt, and drive innovation. • Provide documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts, and training materials for enterprise-scale operations and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology + 10 years of progressively more responsible experience in major IT software, hardware, or integration projects, including at least four years of Project Manager experience; Associates in IT and 14 years of related experience; OR High school and 15 years of related experience. • Experience with ServiceNow implementations. • Experience managing projects utilizing the PMI framework. • Ability to obtain a Public Trust; citizenship required. • PMP Certification (desired). • ServiceNow certifications (desired). • Scrum Master/Agile experience (desired). • Experience supporting FedRamp authorized software (desired). • Master’s degree in information technology + ten years’ experience performing complex projects in IT software, hardware, or integration (desired).
