📋 Description

• Own, maintain, and update the Quality Management Plan (QMP) • Ensure processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements remain current, compliant, and fully implemented • Lead a small quality team of approximately 10–15 people, providing guidance, mentorship, and accountability • Work with project managers, stakeholders, Government technical staff, and customers to define requirements, identify risks, and determine resolutions • Deliver quality reports, status updates, inspection findings, and senior-level briefings • Develop, lead, and refine QA inspection processes • Conduct Quality Assessments, test analysis, and data-driven evaluations • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, optimize schedules, and enhance organizational performance • Promote special safety precautions and lead safety-related briefings • Support communication across senior management, safety teams, and contractor personnel • Collaborate with 5G/IT program staff and integrate quality processes into technical environments

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of related experience with a strong focus on Quality Management Plan ownership and quality program execution • Experience leading small teams in a quality or operational environment • Direct experience with QA inspection processes, quality assessments, test analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Active Secret clearance • US citizenship required • Ability to travel approximately 10% • Remote work environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred) • Experience supporting IT or 5G-related programs (preferred but not required if quality expertise is strong) • Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies • Skills: Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Assurance Processes, Quality Management
