📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day project management activities, including schedule development, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk/issue mitigation • Maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, and delivery roadmaps • Track progress across multiple Scrum and Kanban teams using Jira • Follow up on action items, deliverables, blockers, and stakeholder requests • Establish repeatable project workflows and documentation standards • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives • Remove impediments and improve communication flow across cross-functional teams • Monitor sprint health metrics including velocity, burndown, capacity, and flow • Manage Jira workflows, boards, tasks, and queries • Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria • Document end-to-end processes and identify optimization, automation, or reengineering opportunities • Partner with SMEs, technical teams, analysts, and operations staff • Maintain structured documentation and linked artifacts in Confluence • Leverage AI tools for project tracking, workflow automation, documentation updates, and multi-project coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience • 3+ years of project management, business analysis, or Agile delivery experience • Proven experience tracking projects, managing schedules, writing requirements, and developing user stories • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management, requirements tracking, and workflow documentation • US citizenship • BI Full 6C (T4) public trust requirement • Familiarity with refugee and immigrant population or other social programs (preferred) • Understanding of ITIL or other process improvement frameworks (preferred) • Experience integrating business and operational data into Jira and Confluence (preferred)
