⢠Support the United States Postal Service (USPS) ⢠Contribute to completion of specific programs and projects ⢠Develop data-driven solutions to complex business challenges ⢠Use advanced tools and computational skills to interpret, connect, predict, and discover insights in data ⢠Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and gathering techniques ⢠Use predictive modeling to improve customer experience, efficiencies, processes, and business outcomes ⢠Work with organizational stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage company data for business solutions ⢠Develop processes and machine learning-based tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy ⢠Perform additional duties as assigned ⢠Coach and review the work of less experienced professionals ⢠Serve as a team or task lead when required
⢠5+ years of relevant experience reviewing and interpreting application data ⢠2+ years of experience utilizing AI ⢠Experience developing processes and machine learning-based tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy ⢠Experience developing data-driven solutions to complex business challenges ⢠Ability to use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experience, efficiencies, process improvements, and other business outcomes ⢠Ability to utilize advanced tools and computational skills to interpret, connect, predict, and make discoveries in data ⢠Experience evaluating programs, disseminating findings, consulting and collaborating with others, and adhering to ethical standards ⢠Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline preferred but not required ⢠If lacking a relevant college degree, 4 additional years of relevant work experience required ⢠Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance ⢠Successful completion of a thorough Government background screening process, including detailed forms and fingerprinting ⢠U.S. residency requirement: selected candidates must have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territories for the last five years under the stated USPS criteria ⢠U.S. Citizenship is not required ⢠Less than 10% travel required ⢠40 scheduled weekly hours
