📋 Description

• Establish goals and plans that meet Program Increment (PI) objectives • Coach technical teams and Product Owners on Agile concepts, including Epic and User Story creation, Scrum, and Kanban • Manage expectations with multiple Product Owners • Interact in client negotiations and interface with senior management • Provide leadership on major tasks or technology assignments • Facilitate communication across team members to identify dependencies and risks and provide mitigation plans • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, Sprint Planning/Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives • Maintain JIRA and other information radiators • Mentor and coach team members on Agile values, principles, practices, and processes • Enable teams to become self-organizing and self-managing • Develop release plans with Product Management and ensure backlogs are groomed, prioritized, and visible • Motivate teams and ensure collective responsibility for analysis, development, testing, documentation, and other committed work • Identify, address, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and impediments • Ensure the definition of done is defined at story, sprint, and release levels • Facilitate discussion, decision making, productivity, and conflict resolution • Shield the team from external interference • Assist with internal and external communication and improve transparency • Build a trusting and safe environment focused on problem solving • Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward sustainable improvement • Recommend adjustments to delivery practices and promote continuous improvement • Participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings for cross-team collaboration and coordination • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least five (5+) years of experience in Agile development environment • Experience with using and implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) • Ability to manage multiple projects and work rapidly in a high tempo environment that often requires multitasking • Experience with software development or working in software development organization • Ability to create, sustain, and enhance fostering of team dynamics and collaboration • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP) • Effective influence, collaboration, and negotiation skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify win-win solutions • Effective facilitation skills • Effective coaching and mentoring skills • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Energetic, goal oriented, detailed oriented, proactive, innovative, hardworking, and patient • No US citizenship requirement • No clearance required
