📋 Description

• Coach and lead an agile team within a scaled agile framework (SAFe) • Facilitate PI Planning team breakouts and create PI objectives • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and Program Increment execution • Facilitate backlog refinement with product owners and business analysts • Track and remove impediments and ensure cross-team coordination • Maintain team metrics and identify improvement areas • Perform capacity planning for iterations and increments • Collaborate with Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and consistency across teams • Liaise with architects, cybersecurity SMEs, and stakeholders • Manage product releases and dependencies between teams and third parties • Support product roadmap development • Coach continuous improvement toward high-performing teams • Develop and refine processes to enhance quality and productivity • Contribute to Agile communities of practice • Ensure staffing for assigned Epics and Features • Schedule and allocate work, provide guidance, and resolve problems • Ensure product quality and timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven years of related experience • Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master with significant experience coaching Scrum teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach • Understanding of software development including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass an IT-1 background investigation • SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or other Scaled Agile Certification (desired) • Prior Oracle EBS Federal Financial Management experience supporting DoD (desired) • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, information exchanges, and data warehouse (desired) • Experience with test automation techniques and tools (desired) • Experience with building in software security, including BSIMM and security touchpoints (desired) • Experience with continuous deployment models (desired)
