📋 Description

• Manage support for a mid-to-large-scale product • Serve as the primary connection between government stakeholders and the Nava team • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, estimate effort and capacity, triage production incidents, set delivery expectations, track and communicate progress, and remove blockers • Distill issues into clear, actionable tickets for engineers and product teams • Handle Priority One issues as they arise • Build and maintain relationships with Nava teammates, government stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional partners • Develop understanding of team objectives, systems, and capabilities to inform priorities and resolve issues • Coordinate across multiple Scrum teams to drive alignment across complex ecosystems • Provide timely reporting on risks, progress, successes, challenges, and outcomes • Monitor team velocity and sprint commitment reliability • Continuously improve planning, organizing, and delivery processes • Participate in a Project Manager rotation leading production releases and incident response approximately one week per month • Work extra hours outside normal business hours if a high-priority incident occurs during the rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Product Manager, or similar role in a complex software development environment with multiple stakeholders • 3+ years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams, including facilitating ceremonies and supporting effective team delivery • Ability to serve as Scrum Master for two concurrent, highly technical workstreams such as cloud infrastructure and payments processing • Hands-on experience using Agile performance metrics including velocity, sprint commitment reliability, capacity planning, and backlog health • Experience using and managing engineering ticketing systems and tracking issues through resolution with clear documentation • Experience leading fast-paced, complex projects involving multiple milestones, dependencies, integrations, and significant risk, uncertainty, or scale • Experience collaborating across Product, Design, and Engineering teams in a multidisciplinary environment • Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive prioritization across multiple projects • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication, situational awareness, and conflict-resolution skills • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Ability to meet requirements for applicable government contracts • Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • May be subject to a government background check or security clearance • Azure DevOps and Confluence experience is preferred • Government technology delivery experience, agile transformation, technical quality assurance, and/or CI/CD pipeline experience are desired
