📋 Description

• Manage the flow of work throughout the Agile Release Train (ART) • Assist teams in clearing obstacles, managing risks, resolving issues, and delivering commitments • Work closely with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams • Plan, coordinate, and execute production deployments for large epics and initiatives spanning multiple product and shared-services teams • Lead delivery efforts and drive outcomes that improve workflow efficiency across the Global Front of Stores Agile Release Train • Align multiple teams and manage complex initiatives • Drive timely completion of ART-wide commitments • Lead and facilitate SAFe ceremonies at team and ART levels • Lead cross-functional teams delivering multiple concurrent production releases • Lead continuous-improvement activities to drive efficiency and speed to value across teams and the ART • Support team effectiveness by managing outside interruptions and distractions and addressing team dynamics • Review delivery metrics to measure progress and adjust based on learnings

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Program Manager with dedicated Agile teams using Scrum/SAFe • Advanced communication, facilitation, influencing, negotiation, team-building, and mentoring skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and independently • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to be assertive and act as a voice of reason and authority • Deep knowledge of Agile methodology and tools • Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating SAFe ceremonies at team and ART levels • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment • Skilled in articulating options and recommendations, planning/replanning, and driving delivery decisions • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through multiple concurrent production releases • Highly effective communication with multiple stakeholder levels and ability to tailor communications to audiences • Ability to lead continuous-improvement activities focused on efficiency and speed to value • Ability to establish an environment where teams are highly effective and manage interruptions, distractions, and team dynamics • Adept at Solution Delivery Lifecycle Management, SDP controls, and Agile management tools, particularly JIRA Align, Confluence, and Power BI Dashboards • Skilled in reviewing metrics, measuring progress, and analyzing and adjusting based on learnings • Situational awareness and ability to identify, address, and escalate issues appropriately • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset/training/experience • SAFe or equivalent Scrum Master certification preferred
