📋 Description

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentor teams on Agile values • Facilitate stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives • Manage project scope, timelines, and dependencies • Track progress using metrics such as velocity and quality • Identify and remove impediments and delivery roadblocks • Serve as liaison between stakeholders and the team • Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication • Refine Agile practices to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness • Support Product Owners and meet with business leaders • Support one or more major Medicare project initiatives • Contribute to overall delivery flow, stakeholder management, and project governance

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Program Delivery, or related roles • Familiarity with software development, DevOps, or technical processes • Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and modern software development practices • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology organizations • Experience identifying and resolving delivery risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies • Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills • Problem solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset skills • Execution and delivery skills • Business intelligence and data-driven decision-making skills • Experience mentoring teams and acting as a servant leader • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
