• Act as the servant leader of an Agile team • Facilitate all team events, including scrum events, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives • Generate and maintain team metrics • Calculate team capacity • Facilitate release and sprint planning • Guide the team and organization in Agile/Scrum practices • Participate as an active team member on a high-performing Agile Team implementing the CACI Agile Solution Factory execution model • Apply knowledge of software development processes and procedures • Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution • Assist with internal and external communication and improve transparency • Support and educate the Product Owner and keep key stakeholders engaged in the development process • Use VersionOne Agility to manage the Release Backlog and Sprint/Release execution activities • Support a Marine Corps Oracle R12-based ERP providing near-real-time visibility of retail supply, wholesale supply, equipment maintenance, and repair transactions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience across all phases of the agile software development cycle • Experience working with Agile teams using Scrum or scaling implementations such as CACI Agile Solution Factory or SAFe • Awareness and experience with Agile techniques including User Story composition, Functional Decomposition, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming, and Automated Testing • Experience with ITSM principles and ITIL Best practices • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, problem solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including communicating complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences • Excellent analytical skills, including integrating information from multiple sources • Ability to work independently and interact with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority • Ability to pass a NACI background investigation • U.S. Citizenship • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or another technical degree • Desired: Knowledge or experience with Supply Chain Management Systems/Platforms • Desired: Experience using Agile Lifecycle Management Tools such as Jira, VersionOne, or Serena • Desired: Experience supporting programs implementing the Agile Solution Factory • Desired: Certified SAFe Agilist and/or experience as a BA, Scrum Master, or PO within Scrum or SAFe • Desired: Scrum Master Certification
