📋 Description

• Carry out and facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, promote collaboration, support Product Owners, and drive continuous improvement across Agile teams • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on Agile principles, Scrum values, and delivery best practices • Guide teams in self-organization, cross-functionality, accountability, and continuous improvement • Promote adaptability, transparency, collaboration, and experimentation • Facilitate and oversee daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions • Protect teams from external disruptions, scope creep, and competing priorities during sprint execution • Determine achievable work within project timelines based on team capacity, velocity, and historical performance • Forecast team capacity and delivery potential for future initiatives • Partner with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, user story refinement, and product roadmap execution • Align product goals, business objectives, and customer needs across teams • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders • Ensure risk assessments include identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning • Establish and maintain Scrum processes and procedures • Identify bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies and improve team effectiveness and delivery outcomes • Leverage metrics and Agile best practices for continuous improvement and operational excellence • Develop budget and resource-planning strategies • Support Agile work planning and execution across multiple teams and initiatives • Ensure effective resource allocation to meet delivery commitments and business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, project management, or related roles • Experience leading and coaching Agile teams in complex environments • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and improve team dynamics • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset skills, including agility and developing yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification preferred • Experience managing or mentoring Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners • Experience with Agile planning tools and delivery metrics • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile methodologies • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or specialized training, Agile certification, or relevant professional qualification
