📋 Description

• Lead Pega product development from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to client business needs • Engage end customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria • Prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner based on business value, delivery urgency, dependencies, and security considerations • Serve as Scrum Master for two-week sprints by facilitating planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives • Provide leadership to the development team by removing blockers, managing risks, coordinating dependencies, and driving accountability • Document accomplishments and deliverables for clients through sprint summaries, status reports, demos, release notes, and UAT support • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements • Develop and optimize business process workflows and rules in collaboration with technical teams • Work remotely daily and remotely access customer systems using approved customer-provided communications systems • Attend onsite client meetings as requested • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, or transformation initiatives • 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, consulting, or another client-facing role • 2+ years of experience defining business questions, success metrics, or reporting requirements with clients or cross-functional teams • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships • Ability to lead projects or workstreams • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor • Ability to meet deadlines • Ability to provide clear guidance to others • Strong organizational skills • US Citizenship required due to clearance requirement • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • Experience working with Pega development environment • Scrum Master certification highly desired • Active VA Public Trust • Prior experience supporting federal agencies • Prior, successful experience working in a remote environment
