📋 Description

• Lead a team to deliver working software products incrementally • Support daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives • Implement, enforce, and improve Agile/Scrum principles and practices • Assess Agile maturity and coach teams toward higher maturity levels • Mentor and train the team on Agile processes, methods, and practices • Facilitate process improvement and re-engineering initiatives • Coach the team and maintain a positive attitude • Lead and facilitate meetings and hold the team accountable • Maintain accountability for the process and product • Facilitate positive team dynamics to maximize team performance • Identify and remove impediments and protect the team from outside influences • Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and release planning • Manage customer expectations and system requirements • Lead, direct, and review the work of an independent professional team

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship is required • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 5 years of relevant experience; additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education • Ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation • Strong analytical skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and with a team to solve problems • Self-starter and quick learner • Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines • Flexibility to work hours needed to meet tight deadlines • Advanced SM certifications (desired) • Multiple years leading Agile teams (desired) • Various application development experience (desired) • Experience supporting Federal government projects (desired) • Experience supporting modernization and cloud initiatives (desired) • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to innovative principles and ideas (desired) • Experience working in a dynamic, multifaceted environment (desired) • Ability to independently expose and resolve challenges (desired)
