📋 Description

• Lead Pega product development initiatives from requirements gathering through solution delivery • Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to identify needs, gather requirements, and document user stories • Define and maintain clear acceptance criteria • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize product backlogs based on business value, risk, dependencies, and delivery timelines • Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and operational procedures • Conduct process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and business transformation activities • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams • Serve as Scrum Master for Agile development teams operating in two-week sprint cycles • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Remove impediments and proactively manage delivery risks • Coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders • Drive accountability and continuous improvement within Agile teams • Track sprint progress and ensure timely completion of committed work • Develop and deliver sprint summaries, executive status reports, release notes, and project updates • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and stakeholder demonstrations • Communicate project status, risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies to leadership and clients • Foster strong relationships with business partners, product owners, and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and business transformation initiatives • 2+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, consulting, and client-facing project delivery • Experience defining business questions, success metrics, reporting requirements, and product delivery objectives • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks • Proven ability to lead projects, workstreams, and cross-functional teams • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting Pega implementations or enterprise software development initiatives (preferred) • Experience working within government, public sector, or highly regulated environments (preferred) • Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms (preferred) • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) (preferred) • Experience supporting digital transformation or modernization programs (preferred) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
