📋 Description

• Serve teams using SAFe principles, enable product delivery, and benefit the overall program • Socialize new concepts, communicate upcoming changes, and refine metrics to foster continuous improvement • Train executives, leaders, Agile teams, and SAFe roles including Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Release Train Engineer • Participate in PI Planning and Inspect and Adapt events • Coach the RTE and leadership on facilitating big room planning events • Coach leaders and stakeholders to build and maintain the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlogs • Measure and grow the SAFe implementation using SAFe assessments • Establish a DevOps culture and mindset • Coach the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, infrastructure, and associated Agile architecture practices • Manage and mentor scrum masters and RTE • Work closely with government leadership, RTEs, scrum masters, Agile teams, and the entire ART to facilitate ART events and assist in delivering value

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum clearance required to start: Secret • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven (7) years of related experience • Two (2) years’ experience coaching SAFe implementations • Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be able to pass an IT-1 background investigation • Federal Government experience desired • Experience implementing Full SAFe for an enterprise building large-scale solutions desired • Up to 10% travel required
