📋 Description

• Coach Agile teams and leaders on Agile principles, roles, practices, and team structures to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes • Identify and help remove systemic impediments limiting team effectiveness, delivery flow, or adoption of consistent Agile ways of working • Facilitate Agile workshops, training, and coaching sessions tailored to team roles and Agile maturity needs • Support Agile reporting and tooling practices to improve transparency, delivery visibility, and continuous improvement • Partner with Scrum Masters, product owners, delivery teams, technical project leaders, and stakeholders to improve delivery practices across technical initiatives • Communicate Agile adoption progress, delivery risks, improvement opportunities, and recommended actions to project and functional leaders • Mentor peers and team members on practical Agile behaviors, team facilitation, continuous improvement, and effective use of Agile ceremonies • Own a complex Agile workstream or technical delivery area and provide peer coaching at the senior technical level, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 7+ years of experience in Agile coaching, enterprise Agile transformation, technical project management, program management, Scrum Master, Product Manager, or a related field required • Certification in SAFe SPC Certification, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred
