📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Ensure team members understand project objectives and focus on cross-functional accountability, teamwork, and iterative processes • Mentor and coach less experienced Scrum Masters and team members on Agile practices and principles • Set up meetings and remove blockers obstructing sprint goals or performance • Facilitate Scrum of Scrum meetings to track quarterly release progress across teams • Protect teams from outside influences and maintain focus on priorities • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple teams to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risks • Liaise between Product Owners, Lead Engineers/development teams, and senior management to ensure milestones and requirements are met • Partner with Technology senior management on best practices, process enhancements, and strategic planning • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items based on business value and readiness • Develop and track team performance metrics using data to refine Agile practices • Track team progress and report routinely to senior management • Ensure Scrum teams follow defined policies and procedures • Enforce processes and policies, including timesheets and ADO maintenance • Identify and mitigate risks and impediments, with proactive escalation • Help new hires adopt processes and maintain evolving process documentation • Coordinate with Professional Services on prioritization, escalations, disruptions, and project go-live • Use generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to streamline workflows, improve quality, and accelerate delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development execution using Agile methodology • Advanced Scrum Master Certification required (e.g., Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II)) • Experience in mentoring and coaching teams, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement • Proficiency in setting and producing meaningful sprint metrics to track, interpret, and course-correct based on data • Experience with ADO, or similar tools for tracking and managing development work • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization • Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and deliver high-quality outcome • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
