📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and reviews • Prepare ceremonies with clear time-boxing and an outcomes-focused approach • Build trust and psychological safety to support honest retrospectives and credible improvement actions • Shift sprint planning toward alignment through ticket review, agenda setting, and Jira cleanup • Maintain backlog health by ensuring work is categorized, sized, structured, and ready for sprint commitment • Apply and reinforce standardized ticket structures, issue types, field usage, user stories, acceptance criteria, spike criteria, and bug reproduction steps • Track, analyze, and communicate sprint metrics such as velocity, rollover trends, and estimated versus actual effort • Facilitate root-cause analysis of blockers and rollover and ensure corrective actions • Identify and pursue cross-team impediments, escalating broader issues to the Agile Practice Lead • Share delivery practices and help create playbooks and templates for all teams • Support multiple teams at different stages of Agile maturity • Work closely with Product and Engineering Leads across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead supporting cross-functional product or technology teams • Interpersonal skills to build trust quickly on teams that may be skeptical, fatigued, or in conflict • Strong Jira skills, including backlog management, workflow configuration, automation, dashboard and reporting development, and data quality maintenance • Ability to operate across multiple teams simultaneously, manage schedule complexity, and adapt to teams at different maturity levels • Diagnostic mindset for distinguishing team, process, and organizational problems • Enthusiasm for Stand Together's vision and principled approach • Commitment to stewarding a culture of transformation, innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect • Experience standing up or scaling Agile practices in maturing organizations • Experience supporting technology, data, or platform teams with cross-team dependencies and technical complexity • Ability to create durable templates, guides, and operating standards • Experience working within a structured Agile practice under a practice lead or center of excellence
