📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional Agile development teams using Scrum Framework principles and tools • Support self-organized teams in completing Scrum projects • Remove blockers and facilitate daily stand-ups • Coordinate sprint reviews, retrospectives, grooming, and planning • Track progress, escalate appropriately, and maintain schedules • Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using agile methodology values, principles, and practices • Train, mentor, and support scrum teams • Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items • Schedule and facilitate Scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes • Monitor progress and performance and help teams improve • Plan and organize demos and product/system testing • Ensure proper collaborative processes and remove impediments • Track project processes, deliverables, and financials • Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent work experience required • 2 to 4 years of experience as a scrum master required • Certified scrum master • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban • Experience facilitating daily Scrums • Experience running Sprint planning meetings • Experience minuting feedback meetings or Sprint reviews • Experience running retrospectives • Experience administering the Scrum Board • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira • Experience consulting internally • Experience analyzing burndown charts • Experience managing and eliminating roadblocks • Leadership and management experience • Excellent people and project management skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 100Mbps download/25Mbps upload
