📋 Description

• Deliver business outcomes by combining facilitative Agile leadership with project management discipline • Orchestrate planning and execution across cross-functional teams • Ensure value delivery and transparency • Manage risks and dependencies • Elevate team performance through coaching and continuous improvement • Facilitate release activities, including documentation, release call facilitation, approval tracking, and dependency management • Own application-specific roadmaps and review them with Product Owners and stakeholders at least once per program increment planning period • Create delivery plans that right-size scope to the cadence • Ensure backlog hygiene and track target dates for Epics/Initiatives • Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize work • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and run SAFe Value-Stream Mapping and Problem-Solving workshops • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and impediments; maintain visible risk/issue logs • Include technical leads in Scrum of Scrums and attend architecture forums • Improve release readiness through test coverage awareness, defect trend monitoring, and rollout discipline • Maintain clear status reporting and tailor messaging for each audience • Promote collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous improvement • Track and report delivery, team velocity, stakeholder satisfaction, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement metrics • Apply project management best practices for scope and schedule • Develop team charters, status reports, and risk logs • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans • Coordinate across multiple teams and vendors for timely delivery • Utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field, with four (4) additional years of equivalent experience as an alternative • Agile certifications (CSM or A-CSM, or SAFe) • Five (5+) years Agile delivery experience • Two (2+) years in project management discipline • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills • Proficiency with Agile and PM tools (Jira, Rally, Confluence) • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance • PMP or equivalent project management certification desirable • PMI-ACP nice to have • ICAgile Enterprise Agile Coaching Track nice to have • ICAgile Product Management Track nice to have • ICAgile Delivery Management Track nice to have
