📋 Description

• Coach and lead an agile team within the SAFe framework • Facilitate PI Planning team breakouts and create PI objectives • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and Program Increment execution • Facilitate backlog refinement with Product Owners and business analysts • Track and remove impediments and ensure cross-team coordination • Maintain team metrics and identify improvement areas • Perform capacity planning for iterations and increments • Collaborate with Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and consistency across teams • Liaise with architects, cybersecurity SMEs, and other stakeholders • Manage product releases and dependencies between teams and third parties • Support product roadmap development • Coach continuous improvement and high-performing team development • Develop and refine processes to enhance quality and productivity • Contribute to Agile communities of practice • Ensure staffing for assigned Epics and Features • Schedule and allocate work, resolve problems, and provide guidance • Ensure product quality and timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven years of related experience • Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master with significant experience coaching Scrum teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach • Understanding of software development, including planning, development, requirements management, configuration management, quality assurance, and release management • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass an IT-1 background investigation • SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or another Scaled Agile Certification (desired) • Experience with continuous deployment models (desired) • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to innovative principles and ideas (desired)
