📋 Description

• Establish team goals and iteration plans aligned with Program Increment objectives • Coach technical teams and Product Owners on Agile concepts, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Epics, and User Stories • Manage expectations and collaboration across multiple Product Owners • Engage clients and senior leadership to ensure transparency and alignment • Lead major workstreams and guide teams through complex data modernization tasks • Facilitate cross-team communication and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives • Maintain JIRA boards and other information radiators • Mentor teams on Agile values, principles, and practices • Enable teams to become self-organizing, self-managing, and accountable • Partner with Product Management on release plans, backlog grooming, prioritization, and stakeholder visibility • Support delivery of high-quality analysis, development, testing, and documentation • Establish and consistently apply the Definition of Done • Facilitate collaborative decision-making and conflict resolution • Protect teams from external disruptions and unplanned work • Support internal and external communication across the CMM program • Foster a trusting and safe team environment • Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward greater Agile proficiency • Champion continuous improvement and recommend delivery-practice adjustments • Participate in Scrum-of-Scrums to coordinate dependencies, integrations, and release plans • Build relationships with customers, technical teams, and leadership • Provide biweekly Agile reports, including sprint, backlog, burndown, retrospective, and risk reports • Develop and update RAID logs and project-management artifacts • Identify technical, operational, and business risks and develop mitigation strategies • Provide stakeholders with transparent updates on progress, risks, financials, and outcomes • Provide the COR and government leads with analysis, research, alternatives, and solution/design options for Case Management Modernization upon request • Lead the CMM Data Modernization and Governance agile practice and team delivering data governance, engineering, platform, reporting, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities supporting operational decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training, certification(s), or degree required; BA or BS degree strongly preferred • 5+ years of experience in an Agile development environment required • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification required • SAFe Agilist Certification (SA) required • Experience using and implementing SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban • Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask in a high-tempo environment • Experience with software development, data governance, or working in an analytics organization • Ability to foster and enhance team dynamics and collaboration • Expertise overseeing teams dedicated to big data cloud solution architecture, cybersecurity, data management, business intelligence, and analytics • Excellent customer-facing skills and experience briefing senior executive leadership • Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a position of Public Trust • Must be a US Person: Green Card Holder, US Permanent Resident Alien, Refugee, Asylee, or US Citizen • No security clearance currently required; no clearance required to obtain • Less than 10% travel required
