📋 Description

• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to Scrum teams and other Scrum Masters • Facilitate cross-functional, agile, collaborative teams in iterative technology development • Develop and manage detailed project plans • Manage implementation processes including scope, schedule, budget/resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery • Remove impediments that hinder project progress • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and iteration meetings • Monitor sprint progress and help teams estimate iteration deliverables • Manage product and sprint backlogs in the development tracking system • Promote continuous communication and improve team dynamics • Motivate teams and support team cohesion • Serve as a subject matter expert in Agile methodologies and practices • Act as Release Manager for projects involving multiple Scrum teams and manage dependencies • Generate process reports and maintain project metrics • Partner with the product owner on release planning and backlog maintenance • Guide teams and the organization in Agile/Scrum practices and values • Drive Agile best practices and establish/manage Agile governance structures when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I); CSP and PSM II preferred • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, project manager, or technical lead within a software development team applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory • Experience applying documented Scrum patterns and techniques • Creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills • Ability to develop positive working relationships with peers and management • Strong business aptitude and analytical/problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and mentoring skills • Ability to navigate complex organizational situations and multiple stakeholders • Experience with XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, or other Agile approaches • Knowledge and/or experience with User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment • For remote or hybrid roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • Preferred: experience with DevSecOps and Infrastructure teams • Preferred: experience in Project Management and AI • Preferred: experience with development and infrastructure projects using Agile and PM/Waterfall approaches
