📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Aetna Transactional Cache initiatives, including MarkLogic-to-MongoDB migrations, cloud enablement, data platform modernization, and application onboarding • Manage integrated program plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and critical path activities • Coordinate delivery across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, security, data, and business teams • Drive execution of consumer cutovers, migration waves, platform readiness, and production deployments • Facilitate executive governance forums, steering committees, L2/L3 reviews, and leadership updates • Prepare executive-ready program status reports, dashboards, presentations, decision papers, and meeting materials • Align business sponsors, product owners, architecture teams, and delivery organizations • Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolution of risks and blockers • Manage multi-million-dollar program budgets, forecasts, funding requests, and resource planning • Track financial performance, budget variances, vendor spend, and capacity utilization • Support annual planning, investment decisions, and business case development • Identify cost optimization and operational efficiency opportunities • Establish and maintain risk, issue, and dependency management processes • Drive mitigation planning and resolution of cross-functional program challenges • Apply Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies across multiple workstreams • Implement program management, reporting, metrics, and governance best practices • Track key performance indicators, delivery metrics, and value realization • Support roadmap planning and prioritization • Partner with architects and engineering leaders on technical solutions and migration strategies • Collaborate on cloud adoption, modernization roadmaps, API strategies, and data platform initiatives • Contribute to enterprise data architecture and future-state capability planning

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years project management experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Healthcare background preferred • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Teams preferred • Migration experience is a plus • Proficient in PowerPoint and Outlook • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects • Ability to work independently • High degree of attention to detail
