📋 Description

• Provide senior-level management and consulting expertise in support of IT programs and application development projects • Provide technical support in systems analysis and design for ongoing projects • Support Government staff in estimating budget needs and preparing justification documentation • Prepare briefing reports and presentation materials • Provide technical briefings on application development projects • Provide Project Management Professional (PMP) coordination and support to application teams • Manage project schedules, issues, and risks using industry-standard methodologies • Write functional specifications, project plans, and other application project documents • Support reviews and audits of CIO programs and projects • Participate in application project conference calls and meetings • Support development of project methodology and artifacts • Analyze and prepare application change orders and Service Requests • Provide technical support for open Service Requests with the ISO • Serve as a liaison with business process reengineering teams • Assist in reviewing and documenting business rules • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level project management and consulting support for IT programs and projects • Experience supporting systems analysis and design activities • Experience managing project schedules, issues, and risks using industry-standard project management methodologies • Ability to develop functional specifications, project plans, project methodologies, and related project artifacts • Experience preparing briefing reports, presentation materials, and technical briefings • Ability to support budget estimates and justification documentation • Experience coordinating with Government staff, application teams, and business process reengineering teams • Experience supporting CIO program and project reviews and audits • Ability to analyze and prepare application change orders and Service Requests • Must possess a Public Trust or be eligible to obtain one • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
