📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of technology initiatives through successful completion • Provide day-to-day leadership, management, and coordination for direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation, assignments, initiative health and reporting, problem resolution, and stakeholder collaboration • Oversee initiative cost, time constraints, internal and external staffing, and resource allocation • Manage Product teams through solution delivery using Agile methodologies • Oversee Agile processes and promote Agile best practices and methodology • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and within organizational performance targets • Align initiative management approaches with corporate standards, Scrum, and Agile best practices • Manage change and promote continuous improvement of change management processes • Lead several business and IT initiatives using Scrum and Agile methodologies • Identify opportunities to optimize execution speed and effectiveness • Track and communicate overall team progress • Ensure initiative scope, schedule, budget, quality, and metrics are accurate and meet corporate standards • Vet business case development and benefits realization analysis • Lead the team in identifying opportunities to optimize execution speed and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of work experience • Adept problem-solving and decision-making skills • Adept collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, including agility and developing yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
